Central Mall Mogadishu

Central Mall Mogadishu is a modern mixed-use commercial development designed to serve as a key business and retail destination. The project was carefully planned to provide a functional and contemporary commercial environment that accommodates retail spaces, offices, restaurants, and community facilities within a single integrated structure. The building features a modern architectural design with multiple floors, spacious lettable units, and a central atrium that enhances natural lighting and circulation throughout the structure.

The development includes retail shops on the lower floors, restaurant and cafeteria spaces, office areas, and specialized service rooms to support business operations. Dedicated facilities such as elevators, emergency exit stairs, waiting areas, conference rooms, and office spaces ensure safety, accessibility, and efficient building functionality. The project also incorporates community features such as a mosque and open office spaces, making it a comprehensive commercial and community hub.

Atma Engineering Services contributed to the engineering and structural planning of the project, ensuring the building meets modern construction standards, safety requirements, and functional efficiency. The design prioritizes durability, accessibility, and long-term performance, supporting sustainable commercial use while enhancing urban development in Mogadishu.
